Two forms of identification are required when attending to have your fingerprints taken.

One must be a passport or driving licence (photograph) and the other one must have your present address on it.

A utility bill or bank Statement.

You must contact your countries consulate to find out if your fingerprints are required to be taken on a specific fingerprint form that they provide for you. If this is not the case we can provide fingerprint forms for you.
